Joining the Club:
You may join the Club electronically by clicking the blue link above, or by mailing a completed application (above), with payment, to the address on the application, or by contacting our V.P of Membership at a General Meeting.
A one-year membership is valid September 1 through November 30 of the following year. A membership purchased from September 1 through November 30, is valid until November 30 of the following year. All memberships expire November 30th. Please allow four weeks for processing your application.
Prospective members are welcome to attend any of our General meetings or TGIF’s to check us out. There will always be a member of our Board at these events with membership information and application forms.

All information you list may be published in the Membership Directory. Members must be 21 years of age.
Membership benefits include access to all club-sponsored activities and events (some are restricted to members only), a monthly e-mailed newsletter, an activities calendar that promises to keep you as busy as you like and an electronic Social Forum to help you find friends to share similar interests or activities.
Membership dues are $40.00 per year.
Online membership application is processed immediately. Please allow up to four weeks for processing a printed membership application.
Board meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month and are open to any member wishing to attend. The date, time and location of each Board meeting is posted on the Calendar Section and in the monthly newsletter. Date and location are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
General Membership Meetings:
General Membership meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. General Meetings are open to all current members, as well as potential new members and guests. General meeting dates, times, and locations are posted on the Calendar Section and in the monthly newsletter. Summer General Meetings (July, August and September) are held at Idlewild Park Snowflake BBQ Pavilion. Date and location are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
Money collected for any Club trip and/or activity are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated in writing by the Trip or Activity Leader and approved by the Board.
Deposit of Checks:
Please be advised, it can sometimes take over a month before checks are deposited. If you have questions about your check, please contact the Trip or Activity Leader who collected your check.
Any check failing to clear the bank is subject to a $25 charge. Anyone who submits an Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check to the Club as payment cannot participate in Club activities or trips until debts are paid.
