Camp Cromberg - Sept. 26-28, 2008!

    Todd Betterton led this 1st annual camping trip in the Lakes Basin near Graeagle. It was such a success that a sequel is scheduled for August 14-16, 2009!  About 50 rec'ers moved into tents, RVs and cabins and took advantage of access to the camp kitchen and outdoor dining terrace.  Saturday they indulged in local recreation, hiking, biking, golfing and 4WD rides and hiked to the Sierra Buttes' fire lookout. Saturday night's pot luck feast was highlighted by Peter Callison and Todd's barbecue, followed by a camp fire and Dan Lutterman's double feature outdoor movies, "Wild Hog" & "The Bucket List".                             The smiles below tell it all!
